94. How to Hire Aligned People With Human Design

Human Design has a lot of uses, especially when it comes to looking at group dynamics and helping us figure out who may be the best person for a particular job. That being said, make sure not to discount people because their Human Design isn’t exactly what you wanted. We’re more than our design – and you may find that a Generator is just as crazy about systems and efficiency as any Projector.
This episode is diving into how you can hire aligned people using Human Design as a guide. We’ll cover the 5 types and what each of their strengths are and where they’d do well in an organization or business. Then we’ll move into a more detailed look and give you some extra factors to consider.
