96. How to Work With the Primary Health System

Dec 9, 2020 | Human Design

Episode Details

This episode continues our journey through the Human Design variables. First, we’re looking at the top left arrow (which holds the info for Human Design’s Primary Health System).

We’ll talk about how to find your color (which pairs with determination) and tone (which pairs with cognition) and how they impact your life.

The Primary Health System is all about nourishing your brain and helping you create a solid foundation for your body so that you can continue moving through each of the variables (the transformations) and achieve full alignment.

And yes, this has to do with digestion and how you digest food as well as information. Ready to learn how you can best nourish your mind and body? Remember, the PHS in Human Design is less about WHAT you eat and more about how you consume food. (And yes, that still holds true even for the people who have more specific + rigid regimens in Human Design.)

Think on This

The Primary Health System is less about what you eat and more about how you consume food. This is about nourishing your body in a way that’s right for you. Eat in alignment with your authority and listen to your energy.
