113. How to Channel Root Center Pressure
Episode Details
In this episode, we’re diving into the gates and channels of the Root Center. We’ll talk about each gate and channel in-depth and how Root Center pressure likely shows up in your life. Remember, this center is both a motor center and a pressure center, meaning if you have it defined, you’ll likely feel this pressure fairly regularly.
If you have the Root Center undefined, look at which gates you have activated in the center and listen to the description of them. That will give you an insight into how you can release Root Center pressure when you come into contact with it.
If you’ve been experiencing a lot of Root Center pressure lately, tune into this episode to learn how you can relieve that pressure based on the gates or channels you have activated in your Root Center.
Remember, you don’t always have to act on Root Center pressure. You can simply ignore it and allow it to pass. Learning how to be comfortable with the pressure is almost a must for Projectors with a defined Root Center.
