Join our Splenic Projector guest Jonathan McLean and me for this super fun and entertaining episode of That Projector Life. Jonathan shares his experience as a Splenic Projector in business and in life, pairing that with his willpower and how he’s learned to work with it (and not let it get the better of him).
We also dive into his channels and talk a little about tribalism and how it plays out in the world, but Jonathan makes a good point that the tribe is super important to humanity and our current place in the world. Finally, we segue into talking about how Projectors interact with the different Human Design types, and we share our experiences working with (or raising in my case) the different types.

Guest Spotlight – Jonathan McLean
Jonathan McLean is a textbook example of a Projector, Role Model Hermit, and having the instantaneous Splenic Intuition. Unbeknownst to him, he started his deconditioning process in early 2013 after a shocking fall off of a mountain (see gate 51). At that time he didn’t know of Human Design and had floundered around for a few years pushing life forward as a Manifestor and Generator. In early 2022 he was exposed to what it means to truly live as a Projector. In this transition and further deconditioning he connected in deeply with one of his spiritual mentors, Wendy.
As Jonathan became further aligned with his authority, the invitations started flowing in. “Hey, why don’t you research human design? You could start doing readings.” Then the intuitions started coming in and guide him with countless pings.
Jonathan lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He is currently working intensely and intently on deconditioning and releasing trauma through the Channel of Mutation.
