177. How to Live Your Design
Episode Details
We’re diving a little more into the nuts and bolts of how to live your design in this episode. We’ll talk about the general, big-picture process I recommend for moving ever deeper into your design. This process is the one that I’ve used for years as I continue to learn more about my energy and refine my approach to live more in alignment.
We’ll also discuss the nuances of living your design. Because living in alignment is going to look completely different when you’re in month one of your journey versus when you’re in year 5. And it’s important to understand that. This is a multi-layered journey and long-term process. Nothing is going to happen overnight.
This episode is designed to empower you through a super simple, fluid process that you can use as a launching pad to really dive into your design and live as your truest self.
